The situation in Georgia has turned to open war. As Georgian troops have moved forward at South Ossetia, also Russian troops have participated in the combat. Russian bombers have attacked military bases at Georgian capital, Tbilisi. Ten Russian soldiers were reported to death earlier this day.

Georgia has reported, that it has shot down two Russian aeroplanes. Russian news sites praise about Russia striking back.
