Sweden wins Chech at ice hockey quarter finals 2008

Sweden won Czech at ice hockey IIHF World Championships 2008 in Canada, Quebec. Victory means, that Sweden will continue to semi finals and Chech's games are played

The game was very tight and it seemed to be over at the end of third period after Vladimir Vrbata's great penalty shot, but Swedes game back to the game with Nilson's goal 3:38 minutes before the end.

It was not a surprise, that the winner was clear only after over time, when Weinhandl made it's third goal to 2-3.

27:43 Hörnqvist made a power play goal to for Sweden (0-1).
30:28 Rolinek made it 1-1 soon after Swedish goal.
52:19 Vrbata, penalty shot (2-1)
56:22 Nilson (2-2)

Penalties and goalies saves were quite even.
