Humour: Finland - the promised land of neo-nazis
Monday, 09 June 2008 13:34

In my previous "research journalistic" article about Finnish immorality I was able to reveal Finnish immorality and my butt is still sore. Now as a continuum for this, I reveal the nazi features of Finnish society.

Heil Hitler
As we all know, the evil Hitler is the hero of modern day neo-nazi. However Heil Hitler is forbidden so it became popular to use numbers 88 instead. Now you may not get this, so here is some background.

The eighth letter of the alphabet is "H." Eight two times signifies "HH, " shorthand for the Nazi greeting, "Heil Hitler." 88 is often found on hate group flyers, in both the greetings and closing comments of letters written by neo-Nazis, and in e-mail addresses. Reference

I remember also a story about football player having a number of 99 in Germany, which was terrible of course, as we all know that there are 11 players in football on one side, and 99-11=88, which means Heil Hitler. But in Finland there is whisky named Viski 88. So you could say, that every drink from the bottle equals shouting Heil Hitler and you can get drunk while being a real neo-nazi.

KKK
I don't have to tell you what the KKK is. But I'll have to tell you, that in Finland there is a shop named KKK super market. So every time, when you buy milk, you can "give" money to KKK. Just remember to be careful, because there is also K, KK and even KKKK shops, so don't go to wrong place.

cross of freedom

Swastika
This one is a real pearl. While European Union time to time plans to forbid the swastika, it has been used in Finland for thousands of years. Luckily Hitler used it too, so everyone with biased eyes, can see it as a symbol for neo-nazis too. How about living in a country where president having a swastika in her flag? How about church having swastika decoration? You could go to church and be a true Christian and still be a neo-nazi (identify the similar pattern with viski 88).

Negative sides
- Hitler did not approve Finns to the Aryan race, so there would be sub humans all around you.
- They don't make Viski 88 anymore

Viski 88 Also known as Double Eight. Not produced anymore.
