• Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
• Pornography, adult, or mature content
• Hacking/cracking content
• Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Excessive profanity
• Gambling or casino-related content
• Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails
• Excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
• Deceptive or manipulative content or construction to improve your site's search engine ranking, e.g., your site's PageRank
• Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
• Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
• Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
• Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
• Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
• Sales or distribution of term papers or student essays
• Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others

3. Be a tolerant for all kinds of users, comments and articles. As an author you should behave better than members.

4. You are allowed to stimulate, criticize, and even irritate other people - this is Kirnu after all.

5. You are allowed to seed from your own blogs, but please avoid copying exactly the same material. Also sophisticated self promotion is allowed (personal books, videos, blogs etc.).

6. I don't even own a garage, so this is very low budget effort, and I cannot guarantee any quality of service. (all data may be lost, or service may go down, etc.)

7. I reserve the right to remove authors rights if needed.

8. ATTENTION!!! please use pictures with width 480px (height 360px).

9. English only.

10. You own the rights to your own material. I shall publish everything (which follows chapter 2) and I do not modify your writings.

ps. after author has written an article, it still needs to be published, and at the moment I'm the only person, who can do that. However this is not an issue of quality control but a technical issue related to user roles.
